Shipping and Returns


Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details.
After the order has been processed and is ready for shipment, you will receive another email with the information to track your order (national and international).

Our distribution partner is Batch nationally and internationally.

If all products are in stock, delivery time is generally 7 working days. However, in periods of higher volume of orders this period may be longer. Orders placed during weekends and holidays only start to be processed on the next business day.



Customers have 14 calendar days after receiving their order to exchange or return their item, without having to justify the reason.

To make your exchange or return you should contact by email and wait for our instructions. You should never send your order to us without our authorization, as we cannot be held responsible for it not arriving.

The item to be returned must be unopened/ sealed in its original packaging and in perfect original condition. It must be accompanied by its accessories and instructions.

The customer is responsible for sending the item for exchange or return, and it must be sent via a carrier or postal service with a tracking number so that it can be traced. Punchies. is not responsible for lost parcels, and shipping is the sole responsibility of the carrier, post office or distribution service chosen by the customer.

In the event of an exchange, Punchies. will be responsible for sending the new product in mainland Portugal, and no shipping costs will be charged. In all other countries, the shipping costs charged by Punchies. will apply.
