Shipping, Exchanges and Returns

SHIPPING

As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details. Once your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch, you will receive another email with the information you need to track your order (nationally and internationally).

Our national distribution partner is Batch, both nationally and internationally.

SHIPPING:

PORTUGAL: 3,5€

AZORES AND MADEIRA: 7,9€

SPAIN: 6,5€

REST OF EUROPE: 15€

If all the products are in stock, the delivery time is usually 7 working days. However, during periods with a higher volume of orders, this period may be extended. Orders placed during weekends and public holidays will only be processed on the following working day.

 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Customers have 14 calendar days after receiving their order to exchange or return their item, without having to justify the reason.

To make your exchange or return you should contact support@punchies.pt by email and wait for our instructions. You should never send your order to us without our authorisation, as we cannot be held responsible for it not arriving.

The item to be returned must be unopened/sealed in its original packaging and in perfect original condition. It must be accompanied by its accessories and instructions.

The customer is responsible for sending the item for exchange or return, and it must be sent via a carrier or postal service with a tracking number so that it can be traced. Punchies. cannot be held responsible for lost parcels. The carrier, post office or distribution service chosen by the customer is fully responsible for sending the parcel.

In the event of an exchange, Punchies. will be responsible for sending the new product in mainland Portugal, and no postage will be charged. In all other geographies, Punchies. shipping costs will apply.
